Warranty and Service
Providing a one year guarantee for all of our CCTV cameras. Any defective products within the warranty period will be replaced or returned to repaire free of charge.
Procedure of settlement for customer complaints:
A. Receive and Register complaints from customers.
B. Investigate problem & solution which it is concerned.
C. Feedback data to QA, Material, R&D, Production control (team) and so on.
D. Recurrence protection and Corrective action.
E. Check corrective action.
F. Settle customer’s complaint.
Sample availability & policy
Samples are sent to you at reasonable charges before formal orders. The sample will be refunded to you if you place orders with us later. Please kindly make sure that the technological specifications can meet your local requirements (TV system, Voltage, etc.). Customers will pay the charge for samples as well as the freight in general.
Delivery date
1. Sample order: Within 7days after receiving the copy of T/T
2. General order: in 2~3weeks upon receipt of payment.
